Ron J. Fior is Chief Financial Officer at Quotient, leading all corporate finance and information technology functions, including accounting, capital structure, and tax and treasury reporting. Mr. Fior joined Quotient in August 2016 and brings more than 30 years of public and private technology company experience.
Previously, Mr. Fior was Chief Financial Officer of Good Technology, a mobile security software company that was acquired by BlackBerry Inc. in 2015. At Good Technology, he was responsible for all finance, accounting, taxation, facility and information technology functions. Prior to Good Technology, he spent a decade at Callidus Software (CallidusCloud) as Chief Financial Officer and senior vice president of finance and operations. During his tenure, the company went public and also transitioned from a perpetual license model to a software as a service (SaaS) recurring revenue model. He has also held additional CFO positions at various technology companies, including at the Remedy Corporation and prior to that spent 13 years at the Thomson Corporation as a vice president and group CFO of several companies and divisions.
Mr. Fior holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan in Canada. He serves on the board of the YMCA of Silicon Valley and is a Chartered Accountant.
