HR Veteran Brings Extensive Experience in High-Growth Companies, Large and Small

Mountain View, CA – February 17, 2010 – Incorporated, the leader in digital coupons, including online printable, save to loyalty card and mobile promotions, today announced that Margie Mader-Clark has joined the company as vice president of human resources. She will oversee all of’s human resources functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and performance management, workforce planning, organizational development and facilities. Ms. Mader-Clark brings more than 20 years of human resource experience, including a decade at the executive level. Over the course of her career, Ms. Mader-Clark has held a range of positions at high-growth companies—from startups to global organizations—including Netscape and Hyperion. She is a best-selling author for Nolo Press and a sought-after speaker on organizational design and development topics. Ms. Mader-Clark is the first vice president of human resources for the 11-year-old company.

Prior to today’s appointment, Ms. Mader-Clark was principal of Autopia Management Consulting, a business which she founded in early 2008 to provide leadership, execution and organizational consulting services to startup, mid-size and Fortune 50 companies. Before that, she was vice president of human resources at Vontu, Inc., where she grew the startup from 65 to 185 employees before the company was bought by Symantec in 2007.

Before Vontu, Ms. Mader-Clark contracted with Nolo Press where she was a best-selling author of titles, including The Progressive Discipline Handbook (published in January 2007, with a Second Edition released in January, 2009) and The Job Description Handbook (published in January 2006, with a Second Edition released in February 2008). In addition, she has published numerous articles and served on the Advisory Board for other Nolo publications.

In 2002, Ms. Mader-Clark joined Hyperion Solutions, Inc., where she served as vice president of human resources and facilities and led a global team of more than 85 professionals and managed 43 facilities worldwide. During her tenure at Hyperion, the company achieved the 88th position on Fortune’s coveted list of Top 100 Places to Work in 2004. Also, while at Hyperion, Ms. Mader-Clark’s achievements included instituting a worldwide benefits programs and global Management Development program. Ms. Mader-Clark also has served as the vice president of human resources at myplay, Inc. and vice president of human resources at AOL/Netscape. At Netscape, she spent four years as director of bringing in the cool people as well as senior director of human resources for Netscape’s Sales and Services group. At Netscape, she was instrumental in supporting the rapid growth of the Internet company, adding 2,800 employees in an 18-month period.
