When Quotient Technology Inc., then Coupons.com, opened its Cincinnati office in 2012, the office was far from the tech hub of Silicon Valley.
But Chad Summe, vice president of the Central Division for Quotient, said the Cincinnati region’s consumer packaged goods companies and retailers made it a good opportunity to provide its digital promotion and media services, so Quotient opened a three-person office.
“We’re really excited the experiment paid off,” Summe said. “We had a toe in the water. This is a footprint.”
