Nothing to fire up the troops and show the area – in this case, the greater Cincinnati region – that you’re in it for the long haul than to create a beautiful work environment in one of the hottest properties around.
And that’s exactly what we did.
Earlier this month, Quotient opened its doors with a splash, welcoming Cincinnati business leaders and others in the community to its glorious 32,000-square-foot workspace. The space, which makes Quotient one of the largest tenants in the Tower at Kenwood Collection, is adorned with dog-bone standing desks and basks in natural light, as the Cincinnati Business Courier observed in a front-page article.
“Cincinnati has been phenomenal,” says Chad Summe, Quotient’s regional vice president of sales. “So we decided to double down here.”
Quotient’s Cincinnati area presence began in 2012 with a three-person shop in Deerfield Township. The office served the company well, but Quotient, then called Coupons.com Incorporated, outgrew it. Yet this expansion isn’t just about needing more room. The company, which is headquartered in Mountain View, Calif., wanted to make a statement: its physical presence should, in effect, show the region’s ever-expanding talent pool that Quotient is a company that should be on their radar.
Quotient plans to create more than 100 full-time jobs in Cincinnati over the next few years, and we’ll be looking for people across a variety of functions – sales, analytics, marketing, finance, information technology and more. You can see all of our current job openings here. Please follow us on Twitter @Quotient and check us out on LinkedIn.
