Our Cincinnati office is up to big things – and others are taking notice.
Earlier this month, Quotient won the James A. Wuenker Growth award, which the Regional Economic Development Initiative (REDI) Cincinnati gives annually to recognize companies for adding jobs in the region.
REDI, which is charged with helping companies develop and grow in the Cincinnati area, has been working with Quotient since 2015, when we began to explore expanding our presence in the area.
“Quotient has a great growth story to tell,” said Kimm Coyner, vice president of business development and project management at REDI Cincinnati. “It’s great to help a Silicon Valley tech company establish roots and find talent here. Not only that, but local economic folks have taken notice about how active Quotient is in the community. That’s a big reason Quotient won. We’re excited to continue to work with Quotient while they grow.”
While Quotient is based in the heart of Silicon Valley, we have long ties to Cincinnati, home to some of our most important CPG and retailer partners. We first added an office in the area in 2012. As our business grew, we realized the importance of expanding in Cincinnati. Fortunately, finding great people there has been easy.
“We’re honored to be recognized for all we’re doing in Cincinnati,” said Chad Summe, who is vice president and general manager of U.S. sales at Quotient and leads the Cincinnati office. “It’s a critical location for our business, and we’re just getting started.”
The award, named after an economic developer who worked with companies to bring jobs to the area, was given to Quotient following our nomination by economic developers and bankers. Quotient was one of four companies selected from almost 100 projects completed throughout the Greater Cincinnati region, which includes parts of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.
Last year, we committed to more than doubling our Cincinnati headcount over the next three years, and we have been hiring at a quick pace. Our new office, in the Kenwood Collection in Sycamore Township, is a lively place with people working in a variety of roles: sales, research and analytics, operations and more. We now have almost 100 employees in Cincinnati.
